Branding + Visual Identity + Product Design
Baby’s First
This was a concept project for my Product Design Class at Columbia University.
Welcoming a new baby to the family is an emotional rollercoaster. ‘Baby’s First’ gives parents peace of mind - toy and product recommendations by the people they trust most.
Since this was an individual project, I juggled all aspects of from start to finish — Project Management, Research, and Design
I conducted qualitative and quantitative research to understand the competitive landscape and pain points for the parents.
Time is the most valuable asset for (soon-to-be) parents. My research discovered this was a major pain point for parents when they were trying to find good products for their children.
Before I started wireframing, I identified the MVP for the app that would solve this problem for parents. This simple exercise helped inform the user flow that the app would aid in.
